Meet Our Founder

With over 30 years of experience in international finance and accounting, I have dedicated my career to helping businesses navigate the complexities of financial operations, tax compliance, and global reporting standards.


Throughout my career, I have held senior finance roles in both multinational enterprizes and fast-growing businesses across Japan, China, Taiwan, and Europe. My expertise includes financial reporting under JPGAAP, USGAAP, and IFRS, payroll and tax administration, and the implementation of enterprise systems such as SAP.
 

With a strong background in leading cross-cultural teams and transforming financial processes, I now offer personalized and practical solutions to clients through my own firm. I take pride in delivering not only technical excellence but also clear, reliable support tailored to each client’s unique goals.
